Hamburg, 18.09.2008, Syncrosoft announces MCFACT compatibility with iPhone

Today, Syncrosoft announces that MCFACT, a security technology specifically designed for the protection of software program code and data, is ready to be deployed on the iPhone, an integrated cellular telephone and media player developed and marketed by Apple Inc.

Syncrosoft’s MCFACT technology, which is the core of Syncrosoft’s IP and software protection products, has been extended to protect native iPhone applications. Applications running on the iPhone expose their program code and internal processing data and are thus vulnerable to security attacks. MCFACT prevents that an adversary gets an inside view of the application. MCFACT-protected program code is able to process encrypted data without the need to decrypt the data ever, and the program code is robust against debugging, reverse-engineering, analysis, illegal re-use and tampering.

MCFACT is compatible with the iPhone and the iPhone 3G.
